A founding member of the International Supervision and Coaching Institute (ISCI), this experienced coach and supervisor has over 25 years of expertise working with organizations across education, social services, and business sectors. With a PhD in Management Sciences focused on coaching culture and leadership styles, she has lectured extensively on supervision and coaching training. Also educated as a psychotherapist, her work emphasizes teamwork, leadership, developmental conversations, and collegial coaching. She has authored the Handbook: Coaching Between Colleagues and a set of coaching question cards for professionals, both published in 2020.
coach and supervisor
An internationally certified supervisor and coach since 2006, this professional brings a wealth of expertise to her practice, holding Level 8 supervision certification through the ESCÜ quality group. She is a founding member and senior trainer at the International Supervision and Coaching Institute (ISCI) and serves on the Ethics Committee of the Estonian Supervision and Coaching Association (ESCÜ). Her approach integrates methods from systemic coaching, supervision, constellations, solution-focused brief therapy, Appreciative Inquiry, positive psychology, and neuroscience. She collaborates with local and international organizations across diverse sectors, including education, IT, production, finance, startups, and retail.
