Teacher Job Shadowing is indeed a great opportunity to have in-dept discussion with the teachers, clarify what you observed and learn from the dedicated educators. I also enjoyed the interaction with the students in the class and during their breaks. It was truly a valuable experience.
The presentation that intrigued me the most during the course was about AI. This session expanded my understanding of how AI can revolutionize education and enhance student learning experiences. I was particularly interested in examples of best practices shared by fellow English language teachers. Their insights into practical applications in language education were valuable and inspiring.
Thank you for this experience because it helps improve my work with children with learning difficulties and to implement good ideas into school life faster.

I’ve learned the importance of learn skills necessary for daily life (cooking, handwork…). Also, the need to give the student autonomy in order to learn how to solve problems by themselves. I’ve learned to take things slower, because I’ve realised that I’m doing really well given the circumstances we have.
It has been exciting to immerse oneself in a new culture and to grasp the similarities and differences in the educational approach with particular reference to the methodologies and tools used.
The most beautiful and meaningful thing about this Erasmus Job Shadowing was the great care found in some teachers of the technical-practical area (teachers of lounge-bar, kitchen and reception) so that we could feel comfortable throughout our stay in their institute.
