One of the planned venues is the educational center Las Indias, located at CIFP Las Indias, Calle Eladio Roca Y Salazar, 8, 38008 Santa Cruz de Tenerife.

In Tenerife, you can bask in the sunshine on its stunning beaches, such as Playa de las Teresitas, Playa de la Pinta, Playa de Las Gaviotas, El Pris, and many others. For those who prefer outdoor adventures over lounging on the sand, Tenerife offers a variety of activities, including hiking, safaris, eco-tours, and more.
We highly recommend exploring some of Tenerife’s urban highlights, such as the Auditorio de Tenerife Adán Martín, the Museum of Nature and Archeology, Plaza de España, Parque García Sanabria, and the Palmetum of Santa Cruz de Tenerife.
When it comes to food and drink, Tenerife is renowned for its fresh goat cheese, locally sourced fish, and traditional rabbit stew paired with the famous mojo sauce. Enhance your culinary experience by sampling local wines from Bodegas Monje (Camino Cruz de Leandro 36) or Bodega Reverón (Los Quemados 8).

Connections
Tenerife South Airport (Reina Sofía) is the primary airport for international flights. It is located approximately 60 km from Santa Cruz de Tenerife, about a 45-minute journey by bus. From the airport, you can take a bus to the Tenerife Bus Station (Intercambiador).
Tenerife North Airport (Los Rodeos) mainly handles domestic flights, though some international connections are available. It is situated about 13 km from Santa Cruz de Tenerife, approximately a 20-minute bus ride. From this airport, you can also take a bus to the Tenerife Bus Station (Intercambiador).
Getting to Las Indias:
Las Indias is located on a hill. The easiest way to get there from the city center is to share a taxi.
Other options include using the tram or bus:
- By tram: The nearest stops are Conservatorio or Cruz del Señor. From Conservatorio, it’s about a 15-minute walk. If stopping at Cruz del Señor, it’s a 10-minute walk uphill.
- By bus: Check local schedules for routes that serve the area.

Your KA1 grant budget covers accommodation, including meals. Many course venues are equipped with school restaurants where you can enjoy nutritious school lunches. If you prefer, you are welcome to bring your own lunch to the venue, and we’ll ensure you have a comfortable space to enjoy it. Vegetarian, lactose-free, and gluten-free meal options are widely available in most schools, catering to diverse dietary needs.
Each course includes relaxing coffee breaks and tea sessions, offering opportunities to recharge and connect. We also encourage you to bring something from your culture to share, making these moments a delightful cultural exchange experience.
